Successful PhD defense of Steffen Seitz

On May 29, our colleague Steffen Seitz successfully passed his doctoral examination with the grade "Summa cum laude".
In his dissertation entitled "Neural Approaches to Model-Assisted Condition Monitoring" (supervised by Prof. Ronald Tetzlaff and Prof. Peter Holstein), he devoted himself intensively to researching weakly supervised learning methods in the context of detecting and predicting industrial faults and wear processes.
We would like to congratulate the new Dr.-Ing. on this outstanding achievement and wish him all the best for the future!
