MOCAST 2025 Registration Policies
1. General Information
- Registration is required for all participants to attend MOCAST 2025.
- Each participant must complete the registration form and submit the required payment before the deadline.
- The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, materials, and proceedings.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments must be made in full before the event to confirm registration.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (details provided upon registration).
- Unfortunately, credit card payments are not available at this time.
- An invoice will be issued upon request.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations received before 14.05.2025 are eligible for a partial refund (a processing fee may apply).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 28.05.2025 or for no-shows.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to mocast2025@tu-dresden.de.
4. Substitutions & Modifications
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying the organizers in advance.
- Changes to registration details must be submitted no later than 14.05.2025.
5. Visa & Invitation Letters
- Participants requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes must complete registration and payment before requesting the document.
- Invitation letters will be issued only to attendees with confirmed registrations.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data provided during registration will only be used for conference-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
