Dr. C. Bilsing received the DGaO Young Talent Award
The prestigious DGAO Award for the best doctoral thesis in the field of applied optics at German-speaking universities has been awarded to Clemens Bilsing from Czarske Lab.
The German Society for Applied Optics awards the Young Talent Award its annual conference for the best dissertation and master’s thesis (or diploma thesis) of the previous year at a university in the German-speaking region in the field of applied optics.
As this award is presented only once a year, the honor underscores the significance of the achievement for Dr. Clemens Bilsing, who conducts research on adaptive optics for computational imaging within the group led by Dr. Lars Buettner at Prof. Juergen Czarske’s chair.
