The workshop presents the results of the multi-year research project ElmoNetQ, funded by the BMUB within the framework of the funding programme "Renewable Mobile", which investigated the effects of increased penetration of electric vehicles and photovoltaic systems on the current and voltage quality in the low-voltage grid. The research project focused on the following grid feedback effects: Distortion in the range up to 2 kHz (harmonic), distortion in the range 2 kHz - 150 kHz (supraharmonic) and asymmetry.
In addition to the results of the research project, the current status of standardization as well as the needs and wishes from the point of view of network operators and manufacturers with a special focus on grid compatibility will be discussed in brief impulse lectures.
represented. The event provides a platform for an exchange of ideas between the various interest groups as well as a constructive discussion.
with regard to the existing need for action and possible future requirements for battery chargers for electric vehicles and inverters for photovoltaic systems.
Applications from the point of view of power quality.
The presentations will be made available online after the event. A position paper summarizes the most important findings of the workshop.
