VeNiFre150
Titel (Englisch)
VeNiFre150
Kurzbeschreibung (Deutsch)

Kurzbeschreibung (Englisch)
The high integration of distributed generation and the efficient use of energy are the main focus of the
German energy policy. In order to reach the goals mostly power electronic high frequency switching
technologies are used. The increased number of such devices results into higher emissions in the range
between 2 kHz to 150 kHz. This causes undesirable impacts, e.g. malfunctioning and disturbing noise of
household devices, or incorrect functioning of smart meters nearby PV inverters. Only an appropriate and
concerning the costs optimized coordination of emissions and immunity in the frequency range mentioned
above can guarantee an adequate power quality in German and European LV grid. The investigations in
this project will contribute to a better knowledge about the effects, impacts and the potential for
improvements in this frequency range. This is for grid operator and manufactures and costumer similarly
important.
