Workshop Advanced 3D Patterning in Dresden

Making small and smart 3D structures: Starting from October 5^th and 6^th this year, a new workshop series will be organized in Dresden. Classical high-resolution, top-down lithography approaches as well as bottom-up concepts such as micro-nano-origami and self-assembly will come together in one single event. The discussed methods will have the same unique goal: fabricating small and smart 3D structures in a very efficient way. More details can be found on the continuously updated website www.ad3pa.de.
