Vom 25. bis zum 28. Oktober nahm Felix Miesen an der virtuellen Konferenz der Human Factors and Ergonomics Society teil und konnte dort ein Poster mit dem Titel "Experts’ views on Operator Competencies for Mastering the Demands of Cyber-Physical Production Systems in Process Industries and its Relations to System Design" vorstellen.
