Abstract:
The increasing introduction of coexisting and cooperating robots requires their targeted design according to ergonomic principles.
Minimum requirements for collision free interaction are just as important as the design of "legible" trajectories. At the Chair of Ergonomics at TUM, empirical studies with real robots and in virtual reality environments were conducted considering these design aspects in order to quantify appropriate parameters.
