ConnectING organizes regular get-togethers to support female students and employees in the field of engineering. These events provide a platform for networking and connecting with others. On Thursday, April 25th 2024, a get-together took place with the theme of "Academic Careers". Four representatives from the Research Training Group 2868 - Prof. Dr.-Ing. Julia Kristin Hufenbach, M.Sc. Deekshita Kancharla, Dipl.-Ing. Alexandra Otto, and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martina Zimmermann - shared their career paths and reflected on the goals they had at the beginning of their studies.

The get-together provided an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and establish valuable connections. The relaxed atmosphere fostered open discussions and encouraged thoughtful reflection.
