From February 28 to March 1, the first workshop of the RTG 2868 D³ took place in Schellerhau. During this event, D³ fellows and associated members, professors and D³ staff participated and made their contribution to a successful three-day seminar. The schedule offered numerous presentations, lab rotations, soft skill trainings and group works. The rather small size of the workshop with 30 participants allowed us to talk actively to each other and focus on the visions and goals. In addition to the intensiv scientific discussions,  we tried out archery, curling and speed mini golf – a good possibility to get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere.
