Gender Project within HAEC
The Gender im HAEC project has been conducted by the Technische Universität Dresden to support the collaborative research center CRC 912-HAEC with regard to equality of treatment implementations.
Goals of the Project
- All participants of the collaborative research center 912 - HAEC are involved into the advancement process of the implementation of equalization arrangements by the project ‘Gender im HAEC’.
- All participants are sensitized for an equalization-oriented point of view.
- All participants possess knowledge about equalization-oriented issues in their relevant working areas and are able to realize them.
Implementation
The implementation of the project "Gender in HAEC" is divided in to 3 Phases:

The purpose of this phase is to perceive and analyze gender specific questions and discriminations at the CRC 912-HAEC. |
Based on the results of the analysis (Phase A) precise fields of action should be developed. During the whole project these fields should be rethinked and/or extened all the time. |
The progress and achieved results should be observed and reflected with regard to the set goals. For this purpose, methods for measurement or assessment criteria have to be determined. |
