Farewell for the alumni of the Faculty of Computer Science

On June 19, the faculty bid farewell to 102 of its 316 graduates from the past year with a festive ceremony as part of its major project show OUTPUT.DD. The Dean, Prof. Christel Baier, congratulated those present on successfully completing their studies and wished them all the best for their professional and personal future: "With your degree, you will be one of the IT specialists so urgently needed in all areas worldwide. hey have developed into experts who find creative solutions to new problems. And you also belong to the growing international family of alumni who carry the values and spirit of our university out into the world."

As every year, the highlight was the ceremonial presentation of a commemorative certificate by the Dean of Studies, Prof. Jerònimo Castrillón Mazo, and Master of Ceremonies Prof. Uwe Aßmann, who traditionally appeared in gowns. As there were many international graduates among the alumni, their families and friends at home were able to watch the ceremony live online.
