Freshmen week 2016

Dear first year students, many of you are new to Dresden, and some of you are unfamiliar with life at an university. Our student council has prepared a full week of activities to welcome you at the Department of Computer Science. Please come and join us on Tuesday, Oct. 4^th. This week is prior to the start of the courses! During this week you will receive important information about your degree program, get an overview on the various institutions, meet important contact persons and get addresses for all questions around studying and living in Dresden. Also in this week takes place the formation of ‘seminar groups’. These student groups work and study together when preparing the various assignments and exercises during the first semester. We wish you a successful start, success in your studies and a rewarding student life.
