GDD Science Award 2025 for Saskia Nuñez von Voigt

At the 49th Data Protection Conference (DAFTA), the Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e.V. (GDD) presented the 2025 Science Awards. The GDD’s Scientific Advisory Board annually honors outstanding research contributions in the fields of data protection and data security. The award is aimed at early-career researchers from all disciplines and recognizes work that helps bridge societal, legal, and technical perspectives in this domain. The award ceremony took place during the DAFTA evening on 13 November 2025.

We are very pleased that Dr.-Ing. Saskia Nuñez von Voigt received the GDD Science Award 2025 for her dissertation "Differential Privacy Unlocked: Exploring Potentials Along the Data Pipeline." The chair extends its congratulations to Saskia on this outstanding achievement.
