Honorary Professor Gene Tsudik giving a lecture at TU Dresden
Gene Tsudik, Chancellor's Professor for Computer Science at UC Irvine, is giving a lecture on Network Security on Dec 14th. Prof. Tsudik is visiting the department of Computer Science and the 5G Lab Germany in Dresden as part of his honorary professor position at TU Dresden.
His lecture introduces novel architectures for the future Internet, and discusses the privacy and security implications. He will also explain that NDN could inherently solve integrity, and how different solutions that were suggested by him and his collaborators could improve privacy and confidentiality, and how even anonymization services could be introduced to protect the users.
The lecture takes place at 9:20 in APB 023, as part of the class "Security and Cryptography 1".
