The chair presents the article "BDCAT: Balanced Dynamic Content Addressing on Trees" by Dr. Stefanie Roos, Martin Byrenheid, Clemens Deusser und Thorsten Strufe at IEEE INFOCOM 2017 in Atlanta.
Quick responses in distributed systems, especially darknets, are greatly facilitated by routing directly on tree structures. Trees, however, commonly lead to a highly biased load on the different participants. This article demonstrates how it is possible to not only route, but also implement fair and balanced content addressing directly on dynamic trees.
The long version of the article is available here, the deck of slides can be downloaded here.
