Short CV:

Luca Anthony Schwarz is a Ph.D. student in the Adaptive Dynamic Systems (ADS) chair at TU-Dresden, Germany, since September 2025. After finishing his studies in Computer Science at Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel (CAU) in 2023 with a bachelor's degree, he moved to Hannover in pursuit of a master’s degree in the same field of study, completing it in 2025 at the Leibniz-University (LUH).

Research Interests：

His current research interest is developing 3D reconfigurable architectures with active device integration in the back end of line (BEOL). Integrated active devices may for example include reconfigurable field-effect transistors (RFETs) and emerging memory technologies like phase-change memory (PCM).
