Short CV:
Otto Soyka is a research assistant in the Adaptive Dynamic Systems (ADS) chair, which he joined in 2026. Prior to that, he studied computer science at Technische Universität Dresden graduating with a Master's degree in June 2026.
Research Interests:
Keywords: Computer Architecture, Network-on-Chip (NoC) Design, Accelerator Architectures, Heterogeneous System Simulation
Otto's research focusses on the co-simulation of heterogeneous multiprocessor system-on-chip (MPSoC) architectures. During his Master's thesis, he developed a coupling framework integrating the gem5 simulator with the NoC simulator PANACA, enabling detailed modeling of processor-NoC interactions in heterogeneous systems. At the ADS chair, he continues to build on this work, aiming to extend and deepen these findings.
