Valentin Jakob Megerlin, Baldur Oskar Döring, and Paul Sanderbrand were awarded the 2026 Oscar Kjellberg Research Prize for their outstanding work in the field of joining technology, thermal cutting, separation, and de-joining.
Our current Research Associate, Baldur Oskar Döring, was honored for his work titled “Sensor-Based Monitoring of Melt Bath Conditions During Directed Energy Deposition (DED) of Recycled Ti-6Al-4V Powder.”
