GLS conference brings international researchers to Dresden

The 16th GLS Conference (Gas-Liquid-Solid Reactor Engineering) took place in Dresden from September 2 to 5, 2024. TU Dresden had the privilege of being one of the organizers of this renowned event. Our Chair of Chemical Process Engineering was actively involved in the organization, with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Markus Schubert acting as one of the three conference chairs.

The conference offered around 280 participants from 23 countries a valuable platform for the exchange of progress and research results in this field. The 226 scientific contributions also included insightful presentations by our chair, including Dr.-Ing. Sara Marchini and Mr. Stefan Vogel. Our PhD student Mr. Konstantin Höfs presented a poster on his current research.

The conference was a valuable opportunity for our Chair to meet international researchers and experts, exchange knowledge and initiate future joint projects. We look forward to continuing our contribution to the scientific community.
