Golden fall in the team: We welcome our new colleagues at EVT

September was a very exciting month for the Chair of Energy Process Engineering as we welcomed some new talent.

In the Green Pharming project, we are delighted to welcome M.Sc. Florian Langner. Mr. Langner supports EVT in the High Temperature Process Engineering research group of Dr.-Ing. Daniel Bernhardt after completing his Master's degree in Energy Engineering at RWTH Aachen University.

Dipl.-Ing. Min Su Sohn also supports us in the High Temperature Process Engineering research group. She is researching the formation and degradation mechanisms of nitrous oxide during the incineration of sewage sludge.

Dipl.-Ing. Valentin Scheffel joined Dr.-Ing. Simon Unz's team in the Heat Transfer/Energy Systems Engineering research group this month and is involved in the OPTIFLOW project.

We welcome Silke Giess as a technical assistant in the energy process engineering laboratory. Her tasks include general laboratory and fuel analyses as well as participation in experiments, sampling and sample preparation.

We would like to welcome all new members of the Chair of Energy Process Engineering and wish them every success and enjoyment in their new job!
