Our contributions to the future H2 economy
We, the Chair of Hydrogen and Nuclear Energy, make essential contributions to the further development of a safe and sustainable hydrogen-based energy supply. In basic and applied research, we work nationally and internationally with a focus on the value creation stages of electrolysis, energy management of hydrogen-based energy systems and the safety of hydrogen-bearing systems and components.
Within the scope of one of the university-wide energy and hydrogen strategies, we are in charge of coordination. This activity includes the networking and support of university-internal as well as external actors in the field of energy and hydrogen research.
Excellent research on the way to future hydrogen- as well as nuclear-based systems requires cooperation and networking
Excellent research on the way to future hydrogen- as well as nuclear-based systems requires strategic cooperation especially with funding institutions, research institutes, universities and industrial companies.
