Collaboration and Networking: ILK and TU Dresden Representatives at Indo-German S&T Event in Berlin
Three representatives from TU Dresden – the International Affairs Advisor of the School of Engineering, Ms. Maike Heitkamp-Mai, the International Office Advisor at the Institute of Lightweight and Polymer Technology, Ms. Radka Roßner, and Prof. Ercan Altinsoy – participated in an in-person brainstorming session and networking event "Indo-German S&T cooperation - Opportunities ahead and vision for future" organized by the Embassy of India in Berlin on March 26th, 2024 and represented the COMPOLL project, among others.
As part of the Golden Jubilee year (1974 - 2024), the event focused on Indo-German Science and Technology cooperation - one of the strongest collaborations in Europe and the 3rd highest globally - providing a platform for top officials, policy-makers, researchers, and experts to discuss future opportunities in S&T collaboration between the two countries. The event was inaugurated by the Honourable Ambassador of India in Germany, Shri Parvathaneni Harish. The participants engaged in a brainstorming session followed by networking opportunities with researchers from academia and industries. The Embassy of India in Berlin expressed gratitude for the broad interest, participation and contribution from all sides to this event.
