ILK presents KORESIL project at Hanover Messe
The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research - BMBF will be presenting successful projects and BMBF-funded initiatives at the Hannover Messe in Hall 2, Stand A22 - with a focus on linking application-oriented research and industry with suitable funding programs. Part of this presentation is also the joint project KORESIL, which is part of the FOREL platform and is headed by ILK professor Maik Gude. The project is supported by the Projektträger Karlsruhe (PTKA) .
The KORESIL project aims to advance technological and social innovations in equal measure. In cooperation with the partners IUL (TU Dortmund), iwb (TU Munich), LWF (University of Paderborn) and IART (TU Bergakademie Freiberg) the following research topics are in the focus:
- Sociotechnical Systems: These are used to design the working world in the interests of people, for example to make complex working environments and information flows controllable.
- Resource efficiency: Here, the focus is on sustainability both in social terms (for example, support for skilled workers) and in technological terms (such as energy saving, flexible individualization, identification of potential material flows or feasibility of recycling paths).
On Monday, April 17, Federal Research Minister Bettina Stark-Watzinger took advantage of her visit to HANNOVER MESSE to hear Prof. Maik Gude explain the latest results of the KORESIL project.
