Further development of the existing Joint PhD Program between Politechnika Warszawska and ILK

In order to further develop the Joint PhD Program between Politechnika Warszawska and the Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology (ILK) of TUD, which has been in place since 2017, representatives of both institutions met with their teams at Politechnika in Warsaw on July 11, 2022. From the Polish side, Prof. Anna Boczkowska, Dean of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, and from the TUD side Prof. Maik Gude from the ILK took part in the meeting. The change of legal framework on the Polish side requires that the existing agreements between both universities are adjusted. During the successful meeting the necessary changes were initiated. Two new candidates for the Joint PhD Program are already in the starting blocks.
