Integration of actuator and sensory properties in polymeric films for the application as interfaces in composites. Characterization of the intrinsic properties of complex nanostructures, based on their molecular nature. Realization of multifunctional polymeric films and interfaces. Highly functional interfaces of textile membranes based on polymers and metals through nano- and submicroscopic architecture.
Objectives:
- Investigation of the interface between inorganic solids and polymers
- Production of composite materials with new tunable properties
- Development of multi-scale methods and solutions
