Research Staff
The fluid technology in Germany has been a global technology leader for many years. This leadership in technology has led to a rapid and far-above-average growth of this sector of industry with a high demand for research services and well-trained engineers. The complex relationships that arise from the multidisciplinary character of the fluid technology and its application orientation, provides young scientists with ever new and interesting tasks and offers the opportunity for a wide range of scientific and technical education with excellent occupational outlook.
Research work at the Institute offer the opportunity for promotion and is focused on current issues of industrial development along the following lines:
• Virtual engineering of fluid-mechatronic components
• Control of fluid-mechatronic systems
• Investigation of alternative and energy-efficient drive concepts
• Development of tools and methods for system integration.
