Dresden's Technical Seminar of Machine Tools 2019
On December 02 and 03, 2019, the 21st Dresden's Technical Seminar of Machine Tools under the motto Cyber-physical Production Systems Become Reality - Visions and Solutions from Research and Application took place in the ballroom of the „Alte Mensa“ („Old Cafeteria“) with about 100 participants from industry and research.
The networking of components, machine tools and systems as well as intelligence in the systems are the key topics in all efforts towards sustainable production. The ability to react quickly to changing product requirements and to implement these with flexible production systems in high quality will be the basis for being able to maintain production in Germany and the region in the long term. The 21st Dresden's Technical Seminar of Machine Tools was therefore dedicated to the decisive key words flexibility, adaptability, mutability and their technical implementation in the production halls and research centres.
