Biosensor Technology
The lecture is representing the present level of development in the biosensor technology. The base for this is the presentation of the basic elements of biosensors (receptor, transducer and transduction). Furthermore, the different methods of receptor immobilisation and their chemical basics will be explained. Mathematical calculations for signal transduction and interpretation will derived. Concrete examples will demonstrate the versatility of biosensors.
