Detailed directions to the institute building:
The institute building is located south of the center of Dresden, directly on federal highway 170. Coming from Prague or from highway 17 (Südvorstadt junction), the building complex is located shortly after the Südhöhe (the last hill before the center of Dresden) on the left side of the road. To reach our institute premises, turn right onto the ramp after entering Dresden from the B 170, turn left at the end of the ramp (towards Kleinpestitz) and cross the bridge. The access road is located shortly after the junction between two detached houses on the right-hand side.
From all other directions, it is best to drive in the direction of Prague. After passing the campus of the Technical University, the B170 leads up to Südhöhe, the Institute is on the right-hand side of the road. Before reaching the top of the hill, get into the right-hand lane on the ramp (towards Kleinpestitz). The access road is on the right just before the bus stop.
The Institute is easy to reach from the main train station at the southern end of the city center. For direct connections we suggest the bus line 66 (direction Mockritz/ Coschütz/ Gittersee), both of which stop right next to the institute building (4 stops from the main station). If you prefer to walk, the journey will take about 20 minutes.
