Personal data will be processed for the purpose of registration and organization of the event. Personal data with reduced participation fees (students) will be transmitted to the Chamber of Engineers of Saxony (sponsoring) for advertising purposes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

How long will personal data be stored?

The data will be stored until 31.12.2025 for invoicing purposes. For data with reduced participation fees (transmission to third parties), the DSGVO of the Chamber of Engineers of Saxony applies. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until revocation.

If personal data is transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

What rights do data subjects have?
