The personal data will be processed in order to organise participation in the summer party and alumni meetings of the Chair of Processing Machines/Processing Technology. In addition, the data will be used to maintain contact with former students and employees of the Chair, e.g. through future events.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR (consent) – the use of the service and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

The following personal data is processed General personal data such as surname, first name, email address. If applicable, title, name of the company/organisation, address or telephone number.
How long is personal data stored?
Due to the ongoing nature of the purpose (maintaining contact with former students and employees), the data will be stored until further notice. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.

What general rights do data subjects have?
