Studies

In the introductory courses, the chair provides the basics of fluid mechanical processes and their modelling. The exercises encourage independent problem solving. They take place in small groups that are led by institute staff and student tutors.

In the advanced courses, special phenomena are presented, as well as techniques for their experimental and numerical investigation. Particular attention is paid to linking teaching with current research.

The seminar lectures by institute employees and external guests are also interesting for advanced students. Participation is possible at any time. Announcements can be found on the website of the chair and in the showcases.
