Call for Abstracts - Extended submission deadline for presentations until May 31, 2026
The Institute of Textile Machinery and High Performance Material Technology (ITM) at TU Dresden invites researchers, industry experts and young professionals to submit abstracts for the ADD-ITC 2026. The submission deadline for presentations has been extended to May 31, 2026.
On November 26-27, 2026, Dresden will once again become the central meeting place for the international textile community. As one of the leading European conferences for textile technologies and fiber-based high-performance materials, the ADD-ITC brings together more than 600 participants from science and industry in the renowned "Textile Triangle" Aachen-Dresden-Denkendorf.
This year's partner countries are Poland and the Czech Republic.

ADD-ITC 2026 addresses key future issues and fields of innovation, including
- Sustainable polymer material systems and functionalization
- New machine systems for fiber-reinforced structures and composites

Submit your contribution
We welcome scientific, application-oriented and innovative contributions that provide new impetus along the textile value chain.
Special call to industry partners:
Companies are expressly invited to submit contributions that present innovations, best practices and practical applications. Industrial perspectives are crucial in order to promote exchange and accelerate technology transfer.

Submission Details
- Abstract submission deadline (extended): May 31, 2026
- Poster submission deadline: August 15, 2026
- All contributions undergo an anonymous peer review by the scientific committee
- Accepted papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts
- Authors have the opportunity to submit a full paper for publication in a peer-reviewed Springer conference volume
