From September 1, Student Marketing (SG 7.3), together with the School Contact Office and the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB), will be running an official WhatsApp broadcast channel for pupils and prospective students.

The WhatsApp channel serves as a low-threshold source of information and is primarily aimed at prospective students between the ages of 16 and 18.

With a maximum of ten editorially prepared short messages per month, compact and targeted information is published on degree programs, information events, application deadlines, the start of studies, financing options and student life in Dresden. In the WhatsApp channel, messages can only be sent unilaterally, i.e. from the TUD to the subscribers. A reaction by the subscriber is only possible via emojis.
