After her Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Janina Dill moved abroad. She continued her studies, gained her doctorate, and is now Professor of Global Security at the University of Oxford. In a male-dominated field, she, as an expert, is in very high demand worldwide.

“The combination of politics, history, foreign languages, and law appealed to me, and this interdisciplinary, highly innovative degree program was only offered at TUD,” she says, looking back fondly on the interdisciplinary nature of the program: “I am still fascinated by all subjects and I still work across disciplines.”
Janina Dill still feels very connected to the Center for International Studies "because it produces many outstanding students.” She has already taught some Dresden alumni in Oxford.
