Recruitment process
We seek for tomorrow's innovators! CAMINOs application process is transparent and designed with respect to diversity-oriented talent management. In addition to professional qualifications, we also consider interdisciplinary skills and the ability to integrate and fit in Dresdens research landscape as important.
If you like to apply for CAMINO, we recommend contacting us in advance. The CAMINO team helps to get in touch with involved clinics and institutes. Please include a clinical commitment, which guarantees the clinical part of your position and the required infrastructure, as well as the support for your CAMINO research project. Incoming applications are evaluated by the CAMINO Scientific Committee and selected candidates are invited to a public recruitment symposium, where applicants have the chance to present their research to the biomedical campus and receive feedback from the evaluating panel in individual interviews. Successful applicants will start as CAMINO fellows at the earliest possible date.
