The cross-sectional course "Epidemiology, Medical Biometry and Medical Informatics", offered by the IMB, is used to convey methodical fundamentals in the named fields. Further information is available in German only.

Master in Public Health

As part of the Master's program in Public Health the IMB offers different modules in biometrics and related topics.

Model course of study in human medicine at the TU Dresden at Chemnitz Hospital Campus (MEDiC)

Within the framework of the model study programme, the IMB participates in the implementation of competence field 27 "Scientific Methods".

Master in Computational Modeling and Simulation (CMS)

Within the master program we offer a module on "Statistical Principles and Experimental Design". This is a compulsory module for students of the track "Computational Life Science"; for other students this module is an optional offer. In addition, the IMB contributes to the track "Computational Life Science" within the elective module "Computational Cell Biology".
