Are you passionate about addressing the challenges of obesity and mental health problems during pregnancy and early parenthood? The Healthy Adaptation to Pregnancy, Postpartum and Parenthood (HAP3) project is seeking 11 high-achieving and committed doctoral candidates to join our international consortium.

HAP3 is a doctoral training network funded by the European Commission (EC) under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. This joint doctoral programme povides transdisciplinary training, enabling you to earn a Joint Doctoral from two European universities while serving as a "PERINATAL CARE INNOVATOR".

Project overviewThe HAP3 project aims to tackle the intergenerational transmission of obesity and mental health problems from parents to infants in the first three years of life. As part of this joint doctorate programme, candidates will work towards a Joint Doctorate from two European Universities and will be known as "Perinatal Care Innovators". This role involves developing innovative solutions to address the challenges of obesity and mental health during pregnancy and early parenthood.
