Axolotl Research in Focus: Tatiana Sandoval-Guzmán in a 3sat Interview

Tatiana Sandoval-Gutzmán, a member of the PLID and CRTD, gave an interview for the Nano program on 3Sat about the conservation of axalotl in Mexico. Tatiana spoke about the importance of the axolotl as a model organism for understanding regeneration in humans, a topic that is also may give insights into how numans could regenerate their pancreas which may lead to the development of new treatments for diabetes.
