Animal Co-educators

At petZ, our animals are the main actors: They enable students to experience nature directly and authentically. In hands-on modules, school classes discover and understand fascinating phenomena by carefully observing the animals and exploring their ways of life. Direct contact with animals strengthens their powers of observation and promotes responsible interaction with animals and our environment. (Prospective) teachers also acquire valuable knowledge of species-appropriate husbandry and care, as well as how to treat animals with respect, in order to bring biology lessons to life.
