Exhibition opening in the Natural History Museum Görlitz

On September 8, the exhibition "Caution Glass - Invisible Danger for our Birds", designed by the TU Dresden, was ceremonially opened at the Natural History Museum in Görlitz. Together with the two curators Dr. Stefanie Wiedmer and Dr. Thea Lautenschläger, museum director Dr. Axel Christian introduced the topic. In addition to the presentation of the problem, numerous suggestions for solutions to prevent bird strikes on glass facades are also shown. The exhibits and posters of the TU Dresden are complemented by numerous collection objects of the Görlitz Museum. The exhibition can be seen during the opening hours of the museum until May 5, 2024.
