New Publication - SorbC in ACS Catal. 2022

Take a look at our new publication about the evaluation of the substrate promiscuity of SorbC for the chemoenzymatic total synthesis of structurally diverse sorbicillinoids. In this work, the effects of structural changes to the natural substrate sorbicillin were systematically screened by HPLC-based analysis and the comparative determination of key kinetic parameters.
