Staff mobility for continuing education and training purposes (non-teaching)
Increasing numbers of international students as well as projects with international partners and visiting professors place new demands on administrative staff.
In order to better support our administrative staff, Technische Universität Dresden provides a training program for linguistic and intercultural qualification directed at non-academic staff:
"SPRachlich und INTerkulturell - Fit für die Welt mit dem SprInt-Programm".
In addition, by participating in the EU ERASMUS “Staff Mobility” funding program, our staff members have the opportunity to
- acquire new ideas and inspiration for their own work,
- build up an international network,
- exchange experiences,
- improve language skills,
- strengthen their own competences and
- get to know new countries and cultures.
