Dr. Helena Reichlova receives Eleonore Trefftz professorship of TUD
We are extremely happy that Helena has been selected for the Eleonore Trefftz program of the TU Dresden! Congratulations!! This program serves to promote careers for women on their path to a full professorship and also aims at providing role models for young female students and researchers.
Helena will start as a visiting Eleonore Trefftz professor at the IFMP in March 2022. She will continue her research activities within the Dresden Concept focused on magneto-thermal transport of topologically non-trivial materials. She also plans to participate in the joint activities at the IFMP, which aim to employ the diverse expertise at the institute to study the role of magnetic materials symmetry on its properties. Helena will also participate in the teaching activities by offering a specialized lecture on transport properties of emerging materials in solid state physics. Because the Eleonore Trefftz fellowships enables Helena to share her time between TU Dresden and Czech Academy of Sciences it will also strengthen the international collaboration and exchange of students.
