Doctoral hat for Maximilian Kusch

We cordially congratulate Max Kusch on the successful completion of his doctorate!!! He did a great job! Here you can see freshly graduated Max –now very much relieved – right after his rigorosum and his disputation with his magnificent hat. Due to Corona, the exams and the talk took place as hybrid events.  Max's dissertation focuses on the unusual magnetism of iridium oxides, which he explored using cutting-edge synchrotron  experiments.
