2nd Symposium of the PhD program in Correlated Magnetism (SFB 1143)
The 2nd Symposium of the PhD-program in Correlated Magnetism took place on October 08, 2019 on which SFB 1143 doctoral researchers present their projects with short oral as well as poster presentations. Also, associated doctoral researchers of SFB project partners can participate.
Besides the opportunity to present their research projects this Symposium offered the opportunity to get to know the research of other groups in the SFB, and to discuss different scientific approaches.
The best oral presentation and best poster presentation were awarded a prize. We congratulate Heike Eisenlohr for winning the Best Poster Prize and Richard Schlitz for winning the Best Presenation Award.
Date: Tue Oct 08
Location: Dorint Parkhotel Meißen
Travel: We will meet 7:45 AM at Lukasplatz and the bus will depart at 8 AM to Meißen. Everyone who does not stay for the QMA Kickoff Retreat can go back to Dresden by public transport.
