3rd Symposium of the PhD program in Correlated Magnetism (SFB 1143)
The 3rd Symposium of the PhD-program in Correlated Magnetism took place on April 05, 2022 on which SFB 1143 doctoral researchers presented their projects with short oral as well as poster presentations. Also, associated doctoral researchers of SFB project partners could participate.
Besides the opportunity to present their research projects this Symposium offered the opportunity to get to know the research of other groups in the SFB, and to discuss different scientific approaches.
The 1st place in the category best oral presentation was shared by Bastian Rubrecht on Power-law and scaling behavior in double perovskite system with Erik Wagner on Series expansion studies of the J1-J2-Heisenberg bilayer. The 1st place for the best poster presentation went to Pedro M. Cônsoli with the contribution Fluctuation-induced ferrimagnetism in sublattice-imbalanced antiferromagnets with application to SrCu2(BO3)2 under pressure. We congratulate the winners for their outstanding achievements. We congratulate all three scientists for their outstanding achievements.
