71st Congress of the Society for Ergonomics e.V.
On March 25, the C. A. R. L. of RWTH Aachen University opened its doors for the
the 71st GfA Spring Congress (25.-27.03.2025). This was under the sign
"Work 5.0". Exciting topics awaited us in the form of
poster pitches, sessions and keynotes. Sessions were held, for example
on diversity and inclusion, risk assessment, knowledge management,
AI-supported work and much more. This year, the AG WDH was represented in
represented in three sessions this year.
In the two sessions moderated by Michael Gühne, "People-oriented
work design and the innovative capacity of companies - developing
and testing of procedures in the PerspektiveArbeit Lausitz project
(PAL) I & II" were moderated by Michael Gühne.
results from the twelve priority projects of the PAL joint project
were presented. In the presentation "Success factors of participation in the
development of mission statements through task-related information exchange"
(Michael Gühne, Katrin Lang, Ulrike Pietrzyk), the WG WDH

Frederike Pischke also gave a presentation on the DGUV-funded project "GBU SmarD - Healthy work with mobile devices" in the "Health-promoting work design" session. As part of the project, an action guide was
developed to support companies in the selection, implementation and
long-term use of mobile work equipment such as smartphones, tablets and data
data glasses. A particular focus of the presentation was
on the scientific findings relating to the healthy and safe
and safe design of working with these technologies, which were incorporated in
the risk analysis developed for mobile devices.
