Honoring Prof. Hacker

Sen. Prof. Dr. rer. nat. habil. Dr. phil. h.c. Winfried Hacker was honored by the Rector Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. DEng/Auckland, Dr. h.c./Brno Hans Müller-Steinhagen with the Medal of Honor of the TU Dresden on July 8, 2020. Risk Assessments

The modern workplace is undergoing significant changes, placing greater mental demands on employees. By implementing suitable procedures, employers can identify stress and take measures to enhance the quality of work. A risk assessment of mental stress fulfills this function, as outlined in §5 of the German Act on Occupational Safety and Health (ArbSchG).

For more than 25 years, the Arbeitsgruppe Wissen-Denken-Handeln (AG WDH) has been conducting scientific research projects and practical assignments. From the initial question or idea to the successful completion of the project – we ensure the effective implementation of projects in areas such as work design, health promotion, personnel and organizational development, and training.
